Dumpster

Dumpster works just like the recycle bin on your mac, linux or windows desktop computer, as such it should be accessible, responsive and clear for the user. It’s a utility and should function like one. With Dumpster I spent most of the time understanding the user’s needs and behaviour. Later I worked my way into creating the best flow for users to view deleted files and manage their storage.
Dumpster is capable of saving multiple type of files and one of the challenges ware creating a custom flow and view to help the user determine what to do with the saved file. Unique view for multiple files and a quick preview for images are just a couple of the solutions implemented.
